LOL.... well man, I'm certain that your web searches are far more accurate than the people I know at Microgaming and the affiliate programs running their software. Have you tried to access Microgaming.com from the US lately? They are even blocking that.

To answer your questions:

1) The outgoing administration has succeeded in passing the regulations. These could easily be overturned with the new administration, the balance of power shifting, and Frank pushing his agenda. But bigger than that is that the best legal minds in the industry do not feel these regulations will make a fart int he wind difference from how things are now. In fact, the only major thing these reg's require of banks is that they look for the credit card coding for online gambling transactions. They do not have to look at each transaction or even investigate.

2) Letters to kentucky will do nothing, my friend. It's very noble and very American, but in a traditional sense. This is the 21st century and it's all big business and big money. Letters don't mean crap to these guys when they're getting the cash laid int their pockets. We have to hit them some other way.

3) Farm animals... lol... you did see what we did to Beshear a few weeks ago, right? LOL!

Oh, by the way! Sorry, Todd. I believe that your story on Microgaming will "eventually" hold true. I've scoured for information and got quite enough to believe it.

So what's next? The outgoing administration is trying, and my just succeed, in stopping us from playing poker online for good. Lets all write to the leaders in Kentucky state and tell them to dress up their favorite farm animal, have their way with it and leave us alone. Were not bothering anyone while playing a good game of skill on the Internet. Were not wasting our money on their ridiculous state lotteries that have no skill and almost no way of winning, while losing our mortgage payments and more in the process. That is what they really want us to be doing, because they are getting a piece of that money, the crooked bastards!

" I think that Todd's story was just a bit premature as the facts he reported were not 100% accurate."

It's ok, man. We're used to beig rediculed, laughed at, and called donkies simply because we get the scoop in advance.

In our 2+ years doing these videos we've broke no fewer than 4 stories that people told us how stupid we were. Each time the truth came out eventually.

No hard feelings.

I have been a bit unfair in my comments. It seems as of today, November 11th, that some of the Microgaming sites have changed the story I was given yesterday, to several different versions. Each Microgaming room seems to have a different policy. Crazy Vegas said No US players at all are allowed, at all, while Eurolinx said that just the presently banned states and no new US sign ups allowed but the rest are safe, for now. I think that Todd's story was just a bit premature as the facts he reported were not 100% accurate. I will be contacting the rest of the Microgaming sites during the day to get their input.

I just spoke with another representative from Microgaming. It seems that nobody I have spoken with has a clue why you've reported such a fictitious story. You still have a Doyle's banner up on your front page, on November 10th as I write this, for people to click on so you can make money from! You ARE TRUELY A DONKEY!

So, what's up with you report about Microgaming? Nothing you claim was going to happen with them, has happened. It is now November 10th, the day you said Microgaming was to close it's doors to all US players. I have withdrawn all my funds from every Microgaming site to heed your warning and wasted a weeks worth of playing time to your false reporting. If you are going to report on something, make sure it is completelty accurate before you do. None of the Microgaming sites have any clue what your talking about and here it is November 1oth and they are still opened and will gladly accept any wager from me in Massachussettes. The very state you reported from. Nice job getting your facts all screwed up.

OH and congratulations on the move / merger / whatever with GPWA. They seem a good crew and I'm sure it will mean that the APCW goes from strength to strength. Well done.

OK - I've gotta stop watching these videos - I actually laughed at the intro.
