WARNING: El Dorado Palace

Dear members,

We have received a complaint from a member concerning the El Dorado Palace Casino not processing payouts, and not responding to customer service requests in a timely manner. Additionally, from what we've seen, it appears there may be some strange policies and discrepancies in place about deposits and "free money" offers.

Well , this is what i got in an email after waiting over a month to hear from the cashier dept, not they are trying to say that I got an extra bonus..hmm
I only took a one time bonus from here: http://eldoradopalace.com/affiliate?ID=0cb82783 I cleared my bonus and proceeded to cashout, now why on earth would they give me more money if i already had money?
The way i see it is, if i were to deposit $50 now like they want me to, i will be subject to the bonus terms all over again-I don't get it, can they just throw extra bonus in my account and then tell me I can't cashout because i got an extra bonus-which i know I never got....wtheck is going on?

If someone called and told me I won a contest, and that I had $50,000 coming to me, but I had to send in $50 to "process the payment" I would know for 100% certain it was bull crap and a scam. And that's exactly what El Dorado Palace is doing here.

Stay the hell away from any casino which tries to pull this.
