I am looking for someone who can help me fight these two sites in collecting winnings in which several hundred players were ripped off my e-mail is dealtaker@netzero.com i am new here so i needsomeone to help walk my through the right steps to get these sites to come clean PLEASE PASS THIS AROUND AND HELP ME ...........

I will say this. You did tell me Craig was your business partner. When we both had not heard from him in a long time during the CAC - Amsterdam fiasco especially. You did refer to him as your business partner. When you couldn't believe he was not contacting you. Others have noted to me he is your partner.
I guess its another play on words!
In regards to your other statements well we can let everyone else decide.

The mention of court doesnt mean papers have been served at all.The use of the word court was wrong i'm sorry I just meant legal advice had to be taken and followed and in my experience usually meant court. My apologies.
The last date given as end of April was a statement that more should be known not all would be done and dusted.

The BigDaddy "Pimp-Your-Poker" owner is a play on words. Everyone knows what a pimp is and as BigDaddys sponsored PYP we thght it would be seen as a FUN tag to qoute "OWNER"
My bad I guess but its not illegal is it?
Some PYP affiliates have a positive account balance yes but as the program minimum payout is $100 no one is owed as such.
Finally regards T&C
It was part of the sponsorship deal from BigDaddys that they were drawn up that way as I am sure you will agree being a major financial sponsor their possible loss was a lot greater than mine.
It would be nice for you to seek the views of the majority rather than the minority of PYP members in this matter

POMP i do hope you responsible for the lossof my time and money in all this, I told you a month from all this happening there was something fishy going on and you. And i strongly beleive you as the owner of pimp you poker owed it to the players that play on your set up shoulda been up to date with all that was going on on your end (thats not the players job at all) and none of us players woulda got cought up in the mess of someone holding our winnings like this..thats where my problem comes from with you we had a discussion on the and you showed your azz back them now i am out money just like i told your would happen. (A BLIND MAN COULD SEE THIS COMING) all i have even asked from you is for the truth which at this time i still am not receiving,so the only thing i know to do is expose you to all players out there he kinda person you really are A BOLD FACE LIER.....you wanna prove me wrong protect the very players that the made you who are . Tell you what instead of using your time slagging me of do some investigation into IGS / Dobrosoft and wingows / wingows poker and see what we are up against here

Ok Ray well at this point its not productive to get into the "he said" "they said" arguments. I know what i heard and what i have been told. However it does seem reasonable to assume you guys are partners in business right? Call it " A play on words" if you must.
As i understood in our talks way back then, Pimp your poker collected a subscription fee from players on a monthly basis. I beleive its $10/month. And this fee allows players to play in Big Daddy's freerolls. Big Daddy's sponsors these freerolls as you have indicated. Which is aparrently why your terms and conditions have South African as the jurisdiction of the law with regards to disputes.
I understand all this, but what i also understand 50% of the subscription fee stayed in house to PYP and 50% went to Big Daddy's to help fund events (freerolls). Does this sound familiar? This to me constitutes a business relationship - thus partners. Lets then call it a Pimp your Poker and Big Daddy's Casino business partnership

Love to know where you got this from because I have not seen any of it and in fact I am also owed affiliate earnings from BigDaddys.
And you are mistaken with what you say you heard.
For some reason you seem to think of yourself as some sort of messiah and you trully believe that everyone hangs on your every breath dont you.

This is zzangelzz from beyondthefelt.org Im so disheartened how people can only see black and white and are so easy to attack the people they would be better off standing up with . Isnt it possible ithat these guys may be a victim just as we are? Let me answer that for you,,, YES!!!!!
I have sat back and done my research and see that this rip off site called IGS has scammed not only us but them too yet its very likely that they cant say anything to us that needs to be said because they are in a lawsuit.Well I am saying it cos someone needs to and by no direction from the guys on PYP either. I listened to my heart on this and feel they never had any desire to rip anyone off but a company they were involved with are responsible.This company started out called "futurebet" then changed their name to "IGS" and now last but not least they have changed it yet again to “GlobalGroupOnline”.Isnt this in itself a redflag that these guys just got a bad deal with some serious scammers? I think it is very likely.Someone correct me if I am wrong but I dont think so cos I am not on a mission to attack I am on a mission to get to the bottom and find out the truth so I can get my money owed but more importantly to me I want to see to it that BTF members get the money owed to them that I introduced to the PYP site..
I will continue my research and I WILLget to the bottom of it but I will not do it attacking people who may have had more of a loss and heart break then any of us. Once I do figure it all out I will fight for what is right.People are owed money and scammers shouldnt ever win in these cases. I want them prosecuted so they can never do this again to people.
