WARNING ABOUT PIMP YOUR POKER, BIG DADDYS CASINO
I am looking for someone who can help me fight these two sites in collecting winnings in which several hundred players were ripped off my e-mail is dealtaker@netzero.com i am new here so i needsomeone to help walk my through the right steps to get these sites to come clean PLEASE PASS THIS AROUND AND HELP ME ...........

Hey todd what it was, is like a club membership site where you pay a 20 a month free and play tourneys all mouth. games from 20 dollars to 2500 as saying that when you win money you can cashout and there are supposed to send you a check. I did get a couple checks from these guys but all the sudden they shut the doors and any pending withdraws are being withheld as of right now its been almost 2 months with nothing but lies from the owner and new dead lines.. what i am looking for is someone who knows way more about who i should contact to get some answers from them, there are hundreds o players that have not got the winnings.. if you can help me ,that would be great it not direct me in the right direction.... to see more about what i am talking about go check out DRcheckraise.com and go to pimp mess tks for replying DEALTAKER

BigDaddy's is in the middle of moving to a new network. I have been in communication with the management as recently as last week and they assure me all money is safe and the transition should be complete by the end of April.
Yes, communication has been lacking. This is due to some legal issues regarding the move. BD's lawyers have advised the management to hold off making a public announcement until after the move is complete. I will update this thread as I receive more info.
For the record, I am one of their top producing affiliates. BD and PYP owe me a substantial amount in winnings and commissions as well. At this point I don't see any reason to be overly concerned. If they intended to run off with our money, they would not be replying to my emails, nor would they keep the PYP forums open.

hey poker in responce to you: i havent received nothing from them i do know PYP is up aslo but but havent received any information from the groups involved.what your saying is the same B.S. i have been hearing for over 2 months now,with no change. i have been through this with several other companies in the last year ZOSOZ and FSG they were both US based thank gosh if i do receive my money (which i doubt) i strongly suggest to everyone AVOID PIMP YOUR POKER /BIG DADDYS CASINO they are not Us based. if you do get information i would like to hear about it myself thanks for your reply

Let's see if these sites can get back on track by paying their players the winnings owed to them. If anyone has contact with management there, please do send them this way so we can get their take on the situation.
I am happy to hear that this is NOT a legal issue and appears to be a technical one.
On a side note, a PAY MEMBERSHIP site should NEVER have any payout issues whatsoever if they run their games within the proper model. I can't imagine why payments would be late.

For the record, no online casino or poker room is US based at this time. They all use non-US servers and financial services. They all operate under license from off shore operations. Thank the American government for that situation!
I will post any updates I receive and I will also point the BD/PYP management teams in this direction.

you can contact "support@pimp-your-poker.com" or you can send an email to "info@bigdaddyscasino.com" or you can go to the forum - http://www.pimp-your-poker.com/forum and right at the top you will see an open and honest communication to all members.
You will also see that last week another post was made with an update. There will also be an official post made on GPWA very soon wrt to everything.
What you are completely neglecting here is that BD was operating as a sub licensee - which means that their software provider manages all the money - and they are the ones with holding payments - for no reason.
Should any operator wish to run off with players money - they will disappear overnight. If you had visited the forum you would be up to speed with all the info, including the migration to a new reputable poker network.
You would also see the unbelievable support and understanding offered by all the pimp players (bar you) who are still very active on the forum and have every intention of staying with PYP.
No one shares your frustration more than Big Daddy and Pimp your poker. Collectively they have invested hundreds of thousands of Dollars only to be taken by a group of professional schiesters.
Believe me when I say that BD and PYP have player and affiliate integrity top of mind.
Please visit the GPWA very soon as they have given us permission to start an information thread to keep every one up to speed, in our bid for transparency and honesty.
All we ask is a little patience.

Well DEALTAKER you do like to get around don't you yet still you cannot get your facts correct.What a crying shame that is.
Jay the situation is this and you will probably remember your goodself and me speaking a little about this on Facebook.
Pimp-Your-Poker is a $10 not $20 as DEALTAKER said (1st incorrect fact) subscription based forum that has arranged for BigDaddys Casino to supply the members with $20 000 a month in members only freerolls.
Nobody has been ripped off and god only knows where DEALTAKER got hundreds of members from.BigDaddys has catergorically stated from the start that all players will get paid and that nobody will lose a single cent.
BigDaddys has not shut up shop nor has PYP another false allegation by our friend DEALTAKER.
The truth of the matter is this
BigDaddys went with IGS as a software provider unaware that they used to be called "Futurebet" and arenow known as GlobalGroupOnline. To cut a very long and involved story short IGS have done to BigDaddys what they have done to countless operators before them - non payment of players, affiliates and operators.
Because BigDaddys were a sub licensee of theirs, they managed the payment gateways and by default the money. Things came to head in the beginning of march when they cut BigDaddys access to their back office.
This matter has been handed over to the BigDaddys attorneys and it looks like it will be going all the way - BigDaddys refuse to roll over and play dead for these crooks.
DEALTAKER actually has an issue with myself as MD of PYP because when she contacted me accusing me of being another ZSOS and a liar I banned her from the PYP forum as I felt it justified this.
From there DEALTAKER and 3 other PYP members decided to start a witch hunt aimed at myself and PYP when all along they knew that myself nor PYP dealt with any withdrawals whatsoever as stated in the PYP term and conditions.
I myself have been accused of being a liar a thief a cheat a con artist etc etc etc all by these 3 members (check the support of 100+ members at PYP who have no concerns at all) at DrCheckraisers
As stated just last week BigDaddys is moving platforms and will be back bigger and stronger than ever as will PYP.

How can you say you have recieved nothing from them at the start of this quote then at the end say it is the same BS you have been hearing for over 2 months?
Also for the record isnt 11th March 2009 till today 21st April 2009 just over a month not 2 months?

alright as always your attitute tells everything alot about your self, quit your bashing of players and stick to the facts of the matter.all any of us ever ask from (you) quote on quote the owner of pimp was your willingness to tell the players facts on the matter (which you avoid) as anybody can see in plain site. Your right i have no respect for you or the way you run out outfit and will not play or have anythin to say nice about it,due to the FACTS of the manner you have handeled all this.I will sum this up real easy for pay me my money and you dont half to worry about ever dealing with me again,THAT SIMPLE if all your saying is true good for youand your site ,but thus far i have seen or heard nothing good to say about this whole situation.
