"John Dutchak" Contacts APCW
Dear Members,
Although I cannot confirm with absolute certainty that the person contacting me is John Dutchak, I received an email this morning from someone claiming he is.

Note: A reply to this email address bounced back undeliverable.
Here are some of the highlights from what this person ("John Dutchak") said:
"I was the lead software developer of the PokerDream site I am NOT the owner. The site was created in late 2005 and in 2006, the site is owned by 2 people from Norway named Bernt Erik Hansen and Jens Lausten. Bernt Erik is the majority owner."
"I was contracted to develop and support the poker software. I worked with many members regarding their software and skin designs and this seems to have lead to the conclusion by these site members that I am in charge of the site which is not the case."
"Starting in late 2007 the operations were headed up by a person named Dave McCann who acted as the site’s host and handled the players, tournaments and games"
And finally:
"I am sad to see the PokerDream site have this type of outcome as it was a great project to work on and a fun industry. I believe Bernt Erik is a honest business man and I hope that he will resolve this matter for the players sake."

I think its awesome that everyone is trying to do whatever they can to bring some kind of justice to this situation. But I must say, is your leg getting wet yet, because I cant help but feel that a lot of this is just pissing in the wind, really. I think were all dreaming if we think the American Government is going to rush in and do anything about this, or somehow the money is going to be found and dispersed. As much as I want to take a big bite out of Johns ass, and make him pay dearly for what he has done to many truly great people; Ive been on this earth a little to long to believe anything like that will ever happen. And Im inclined to agree with Blue, are we sure we want those jerks sniffing around? I mean, I would be surprised if all of us reported our income, and even though we signed some paperwork that made it appear that we were not breaking the law by living in the US and running our own poker site, do you really think John is going to get you that paperwork anyway? I'm with Blue here, we better be careful and not open up some other can of worms.

I googled those two names but all the results are in Danish. Anyone able to translate?

Pokerkeeper you shoud be ale to copy and paste it to your word pad and and change it to english is what some of my friends do when they get stuff they can't read. Never tryed it myself yet so can't say for certain it works.

supportrob or pokr or whatever you call yourself. I wrote an email to you describing my frustrations with PD in mid january. I was telling how I was trying to convince people to play and that i explained to them about the glitches that were happening. And when i finally got one person to play the site went down and didnt come back up till the next day. The reply is why im writing this response. You literally ripped my butt for telling someone about the glitches ahead of time and why i just didnt get him to deposit first.. That particular ass chewing you gave me made me realize that you were a crook along with everyone else in ownership. to tell me I was wrong for pointing out the problems ahead of time was the same as lying. So dont give me that I was a victim too crap, you were just as big a part of it as John or the other owners.

I never even got the courtesy of a reply to any emails after the first week of January even though Rob promised to sort out a problem for me by Jan. 11th. I was still trying to get an answer from him when the site went down for good.

that is a shame , wish now I would of kept some of my responces from supportamy , at least she tryed to make things right , as for you not getting a responces seems soo unfair there Pokerkeeper since Rob was one of your own players and you like me didn't even know it and even tryed to say it couldn't be him wow we where so wrong , and that still hurts , but I would still be friends with Dave as long as I have my voodoo doll of him close by , always had fun on the tables with PokerInRear1.
