"John Dutchak" Contacts APCW
Dear Members,
Although I cannot confirm with absolute certainty that the person contacting me is John Dutchak, I received an email this morning from someone claiming he is.

Note: A reply to this email address bounced back undeliverable.
Here are some of the highlights from what this person ("John Dutchak") said:
"I was the lead software developer of the PokerDream site I am NOT the owner. The site was created in late 2005 and in 2006, the site is owned by 2 people from Norway named Bernt Erik Hansen and Jens Lausten. Bernt Erik is the majority owner."
"I was contracted to develop and support the poker software. I worked with many members regarding their software and skin designs and this seems to have lead to the conclusion by these site members that I am in charge of the site which is not the case."
"Starting in late 2007 the operations were headed up by a person named Dave McCann who acted as the site’s host and handled the players, tournaments and games"
And finally:
"I am sad to see the PokerDream site have this type of outcome as it was a great project to work on and a fun industry. I believe Bernt Erik is a honest business man and I hope that he will resolve this matter for the players sake."

Bridget, I did tell you that the marketing worked but the software would not accept the visits. We were working on that. I never once lied to you. I got pissed off. That is different. Every change I promised I delivered. Some of them may have been hidden under other issues but that I could not control

I do not know those things. Some of them I was not privy too such as payment processing and some of it I have been given much conflicting information such as who owned it in the first place. I am not going to engage in speculation even if it means that I was dooped by who owns it. A person with first hand knowlege answered that question already and I have no proof to the contrary. Sorry but that is all that I will say. I answered everything I know and dont know by first hand knowlege and proof that I have seen. Whether I got duped as well by being given misinformation I will seek on my own. But I am done as I said. You can take what I have said for the truth or you can disregard it and take actions. That is what I am doing. Just save any of my personal information that you may know to the proper authorities if you feel u must share them.

I was sick, my son was sick and my aunt was dieing, I told you all of this either as rob or myself. Everyone has their breaking point especially when they are not well and all their hard work that is succeeding is being discarded as fraud. And that was not only by you but by everyeone. It is all a terrible shame is all. I still dont think anyone did anything criminal here but I say that being totally screwed worse than anyone else with no answers myself. The plan was sound, the software needed much work (much more than I thought in January) but was still the most user freindly I have seen and things were not handled properly that I would have done differently if they were my call. I know that my last words with John involved him trying to make good. In the current situations at the time I could not help with that monetarily without an independant software evaluation. That was Feb. 22 and a lot has happened since then and I know nothing more than what I have seen when I have tried to open the site just like the rest of you.

No offense intended DMC, because I appreciate you sharring what you have... truly I do...
But something criminal has gone on here... otherwise people would not be out so much money. And I am not certain pretending to be "Rob" was the best way to do business.
It's all past us now, I suppose... lessons learned. I think people just want their funds returned.

Please DO NOT say I knew full well who you were at PD. I only had strong suspicions that you were SupportRob. I asked you once of your involvement in PD, you denied it. Did I ever address you in emails to support as "Dave"? NOPE. Please do not say "I knew who you were."
I, as does many others. just want answers. I want my players (and all the skin's OP's players ) to receive their money.

This is just going in circles. I already answered this. I did not tell anyone that I did not consult while developing the plan. I consulted with 3 skins that I felt had particularly good marketing tools in place to use as a model for the events tab and for the marketing plan to use as a model for marketing for all the skins. I am not going to give the names because then they will just be victims of 'the deception'. I would do the same thing again. I knew everyone on the network from playing and things would have been even worse and what I tried to do impossible if my friend and not so much friends knew. I dont think this is uncommon as you think.

and no, i did not get that email you accidentally sent in. If I had i dont know what I could have done anyhow. Whether i am wrong or right, I stick by my decision for annonymity and I know that I would not have invented an excuse to have you leave or tell you at that point. So that would have been a predicament that I am glad I did not have to face.

We want answers. I can't put it any simpler. The amount of people who lost money is insane. Operators that had skins also lost money, but most importantly, they lost many players and some of the respect they deserve for running and promotion their sites.
We implore you to assist us. You have information, plain and simple. I know that DucksFull Poker wants to reimburse every single player under us as I am sure the othe skins want to do. We ran a site, promoted it (including the Depositor's Freeroll - remember?) never took a dime from it....WE DO NOT DESERVE THIS. I know you can agree. Give us the info to nail the right person...Do the RIGHT THING

Paycheck? Now that's funny!!!!! I must have been on the worst pay scale in the history of humanity then. On that note I am off to bed. I have said all I know and even more. Take it. Leave it. In my mind the air is clear. If everything I tried to do as Rob worked out as they were progressing, without things going so wrong, then nobody would care who Rob was and I was seeking no glory so that is how it should be.
