"John Dutchak" Contacts APCW

Dear Members,

Although I cannot confirm with absolute certainty that the person contacting me is John Dutchak, I received an email this morning from someone claiming he is.

Note: dutchak.com traces back to Everyone.net anonymous email service.

Note: A reply to this email address bounced back undeliverable.


Here are some of the highlights from what this person ("John Dutchak") said:


"I was the lead software developer of the PokerDream site I am NOT the owner. The site was created in late 2005 and in 2006, the site is owned by 2 people from Norway named Bernt Erik Hansen and Jens Lausten. Bernt Erik is the majority owner."


"I was contracted to develop and support the poker software. I worked with many members regarding their software and skin designs and this seems to have lead to the conclusion by these site members that I am in charge of the site which is not the case."

"Starting in late 2007 the operations were headed up by a person named Dave McCann who acted as the site’s host and handled the players, tournaments and games"


And finally:



"I am sad to see the PokerDream site have this type of outcome as it was a great project to work on and a fun industry. I believe Bernt Erik is a honest business man and I hope that he will resolve this matter for the players sake."

I agree with cookie ... everyone put aside all the little petty bs and bickering and lets get to what we need to know .... who has the money? ... If Dave can't help us with that then lets move on to someone else who can. ... Like John Dutchak ... who claimed to be the owner to many people including Dave no matter how he tries to hide it now.

I didnt realy have time to read everything said.. but skimed it looks like suportgal is Vickey and John is the owner. Other than that nothing much is new.
I am interested in an Adress of John. Or If his Ex wife was telling me the truth that they dont live together.
But This is a good step in the rigth direction after to many weeks of silence.

I was waiting for that. Knew it wouldn't be too much longer before you would switch gears and try to pass judgment on others for you disillusioned thought process.

I agree. This is to get player's money back. Plain and simple. Put aside everyones differences and lets concentrate on what this thread is all about. OUR DIGNITY, OUR PRIDE, OUR MONEY.

no time 2 read it all but i was a player and a member of most of the forums, and I firmly believe these forum owners are not liable for my money, it was hardly thier fault, they got stung just like i did, and I can congratulate, chaser and bridget for what i considered well run forums, and i've still got your email bridget and I'll be over to join your new forum soon

agree with Cookie and BiggDawgg we need to find the answers to why a site can take control over peoples money they put into a site in good faith to win or lose it where ever they choice to play in the games , made too many friends to lose over a few hundred dollars , isn't the first site that folded with cash on me but I'm sure it will be the last , not putting money into any poker site again with out some kind of garentee it will be there a yr later if I choice not to play it.

Well .... i don't thing that Dave aka pokerinrear or what ever is a person to point on him and say he has our money , and i don't thing that he was manger in first place , But what i thing Dave knows who is that person who robb us , but still hides him , any interst to hide him? if u Dave was doing that staff on PD you just have to now who is who , and yes John if you read this u know your carer of poker player in WSOP or whatever is ruined.
