"John Dutchak" Contacts APCW
Dear Members,
Although I cannot confirm with absolute certainty that the person contacting me is John Dutchak, I received an email this morning from someone claiming he is.

Note: A reply to this email address bounced back undeliverable.
Here are some of the highlights from what this person ("John Dutchak") said:
"I was the lead software developer of the PokerDream site I am NOT the owner. The site was created in late 2005 and in 2006, the site is owned by 2 people from Norway named Bernt Erik Hansen and Jens Lausten. Bernt Erik is the majority owner."
"I was contracted to develop and support the poker software. I worked with many members regarding their software and skin designs and this seems to have lead to the conclusion by these site members that I am in charge of the site which is not the case."
"Starting in late 2007 the operations were headed up by a person named Dave McCann who acted as the site’s host and handled the players, tournaments and games"
And finally:
"I am sad to see the PokerDream site have this type of outcome as it was a great project to work on and a fun industry. I believe Bernt Erik is a honest business man and I hope that he will resolve this matter for the players sake."

When they collapsed the unilevel skins I became a PD affiliate... so PokerInRear1 was under me but also under PD from then on.

Thanks for adding me as a friend Biggdawdd ... but I am staying within the Poker Retreat circle for now as I do not trust anyone or anything atm and I am aware that you are friends with Dave so let's leave it for now. Again Thanks and sorry if that was not your intention

Yes, I was / am friends with Dave .. I was the first person here to contact JTodd about looking into this .. I am with the rest of you, I do not know who to believe or to trust anymore. I have talked to JTodd and given him any info I had. I had over $1,200 in my account when PD locked us all out, not to mention over 1,000 shares, and income from our skin that was never collected, I honestly couldn't care less about what I lost ... but I also had almost 800 players signed up through me that have now lost everything they had on PD, I want to get to the bottom of this for them.

Well I can tell you first hand that SupportGal was devastated by John Dutchak. He put out a lot untrue rumours about Vickey when he felt she knew too much. He fired her after not paying her for months. Yep, she was doing her support free. He promised her the world - LIES.
When she was fired by JOHN DUTCHAK she was devasted. I know...I helped her (the best I could at the time) to pay some of her daily expenses. Yes, JOHN DUTCHAK F***ed her outta about $5K
And believe me...stay tuned. We will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that JOHN DUTCHAK was the owner.
And, with what Dawgg said: We want to get to the bottom of this. I want OUR players to get their money back! We put our names on all promos and they need to be reimbursed!

I still have Dave as a friend too until he say's for sure that he was or is involved with this not going to past judgement on him. He was always jokin and havin fun on line with me and Ice so it's very hard for me to see him involved with this we always helped him out with cash for games cause he always sent it back .

And I NEVER wanted to keep my job enuff to EVERY hurt any Admin's Skin Owners or players.I have known some of u players for 6 Plus years.
