"John Dutchak" Contacts APCW
Dear Members,
Although I cannot confirm with absolute certainty that the person contacting me is John Dutchak, I received an email this morning from someone claiming he is.

Note: A reply to this email address bounced back undeliverable.
Here are some of the highlights from what this person ("John Dutchak") said:
"I was the lead software developer of the PokerDream site I am NOT the owner. The site was created in late 2005 and in 2006, the site is owned by 2 people from Norway named Bernt Erik Hansen and Jens Lausten. Bernt Erik is the majority owner."
"I was contracted to develop and support the poker software. I worked with many members regarding their software and skin designs and this seems to have lead to the conclusion by these site members that I am in charge of the site which is not the case."
"Starting in late 2007 the operations were headed up by a person named Dave McCann who acted as the site’s host and handled the players, tournaments and games"
And finally:
"I am sad to see the PokerDream site have this type of outcome as it was a great project to work on and a fun industry. I believe Bernt Erik is a honest business man and I hope that he will resolve this matter for the players sake."

If this is true why does all the WHOIS info from pokerdream and his media company say he is the owner of those domains???

Hey everyone...
First off, thanks to JTODD for the PW video and bringing this issue, which has hurt so many people, into the mainstream. Hopefully every poker player will hear about what is going on here.
I am an Administrator at DucksFull Poker. Everything that Blue posted here is correct as we have saved every email we received from PD. I am not much of "letter writer" but I have to throw my two cents in.
I believe John Dutchak to be one of the owners of PokerDream. The e-mail I have for him, and the e-mail address I have received responses from him is indeed john@dutchak.com. Now if he says in his email that he is/was not the owner of Pokerdream, ask him to prove it. Now if he was not the owner, why did he insist he was over the year?
Here is some reasons I believe John to be the owner:
Email from support 10/29/07 (I deleted the Player name here) : Hi Cookie,
I spoke to J this morning on this and he says that XXXX is getting
points, and that the pts are given, it depends on how many players, buyin,
and where they finish.
Email from support 1/8/08 (I deleted player names):
Hi cookie,
I sent XXXX e mail onto John for him to check out, also cc it to rob on it,
as soon as I hear back I will mail you both.

I have many emails alluding to John being in charge. If John was just a programmer, why would Support need to ask him anything reharding player accounts, etc.??? And why didn't Support just say, "let me ask Bernt Erik Hansen and Jens Lausten"??
Our players (as well as ever player on the PokerDram Network) lost their money from both the poker room and stocks. DucksFull Poker (as well as all the skin owners) has lost, not only money, but many players due to this situation. As Bridget said, the Skin Operators were never in charge of players accounts/funds. She is correct.
As I am pressed for time here, I will post more on this in a bit. But, I can assure you the DucksFull Poker has all the evidence needed (including e-mails, screen shots of our players accounts just prior to the deletion of accounts, etc.) to show what PokerDream and John Dutchak and Support Rob aka Dave McCann (which even John alludes to in his e-mail) has done. I know we have it, as I am sure the other Skin Owners have it.
What comes around goes around. And John, Dave and everyone else involved will get their just desserts.

I talked to John's ex wife a few times she says they are devorced and she dosnt know anything But.... I asked if she knows where he lives and she said no.
But they have a kid together so wouldnt she know where he lives?????
She gave me his cell but its always turned off....

well it sounds real fishy to me
john is the owner of pd
i will tell you why for one reason
when i originally approached him about a skin i wanted more info on such what seamed to be a great deal
i talked to him directly on the phone and he told me he was the owner of pd
it sounds like to me he is trying to cop out of this
maybe his high rolling tournines and wsop is where all the monies have gone

I am sure I am talking for most of the ducks & prob most of the other skins players.Do not think Ducks or other skins responsible for this.They have suffered more then the players.So ty Cookie,Blue Mr T for wot you have done

At one point he tried to blame me...
Players thank Gawd didnt then nor now believe him....John you did and do own PokerDream.
Give the Players THEIR money BACK!!!!
At least start by telling the truth...(you do remember what that is,dont u??)
