Dear Members,
Although I cannot confirm with absolute certainty that the person contacting me is John Dutchak, I received an email this morning from someone claiming he is.

Here are some of the highlights from what this person ("John Dutchak") said:
"I was the lead software developer of the PokerDream site I am NOT the owner. The site was created in late 2005 and in 2006, the site is owned by 2 people from Norway named Bernt Erik Hansen and Jens Lausten. Bernt Erik is the majority owner."
"I was contracted to develop and support the poker software. I worked with many members regarding their software and skin designs and this seems to have lead to the conclusion by these site members that I am in charge of the site which is not the case."
"Starting in late 2007 the operations were headed up by a person named Dave McCann who acted as the site’s host and handled the players, tournaments and games"
And finally:
"I am sad to see the PokerDream site have this type of outcome as it was a great project to work on and a fun industry. I believe Bernt Erik is a honest business man and I hope that he will resolve this matter for the players sake."

HI ALL I AM MARLENE AKA DEALIESTRED. i CAME TO POKER DREAM WITH MY VERY GOOD FRIEND BRIDGET. THRU ALL THAT I WILL SAY IN THIS POST KEEP IN MIND BRIDGET WAS ALWAY INFORMED OF EVERY CONVO I HAD WITH OTHERS. I TRUSTED NO ONE (WELL MAYBE TOO LATE WHAN I CAME TO THAT)bRIDGET WAS THE ""ONLY"" PERSON WHO I TOTALLY TRUSTED AND THERE FORE SHE WAS ALWAYS INFORMED OF ANYTHING I KNEW.
AT FIRST POKER DREAM WAS AWESOME.....WE HAD FUN TIMES AND BAD BEATS.
THEN ALONG CAME DAVE..........HE WAS SO MUCH FUN......I NEVER AGREED WITH SOME OF HIS RUDENESS...BUT I WAS A BIT VULNERABLE. HE MADE ME LAUGH. HE MADE ME THINK SOMEONE OUT THERE CARED FOR ME. HE MADE ME PROMISES OF GREAT THINGS TO COME. HE DID OVER AND OVER AGAIN STATE THAT IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH POKER DREAM AND THAT HE DID NOT EVEN KNOW JOHN D. I HAVE SAVED ALL OF OUR CONVOS AND EMAILS. THEN HE STIRRED UP A BIT OF SHIT WITHIN THE POKER RETREAT FORUM AND TURNED MANY AGAINST EACH OTHER. AND I SAY THIS BECAUSE LOOKING BACK I SEE THAT HE TOTALLY MAIPULATED EVERYONE. WHEN I FIRST HEARD RUMORS THAT HE WAS THE PERSON IN CHARGE AT POKER DREAM I GOT REAL SCARED. I KNEW HIS MANIPULATIONS WOULD BE THE END OF POKER DREAM. HE HAS SOME GOD COMPLEX. I SAW PD DECLINING IN A BIG WAY. I SAW MANY PEOPLE HURT BY "ONLINE BUDDIES".
AS FOR POKER DREAM THEY HAVE ZEROED MY ACCOUNT AND STOLE MY MONEY. YES STOLE AS IT WAS NOT DEPOSITED WITH A CC AS THEY SAY THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY SUCKERED A LOT OF PEOPLE I SAW FIRSTHAND. THIS WAS A VERY POORLY RUN ORGANIZATION WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE ONE SKIN I WAS INVOLVED WITH POKER RETREAT. THE OWNER OF THAT SKIN ACTUALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I SAW FIRSTHAND HOW DAVE CAUSE A HUGE RIFT BETWEEN PR AND OZY. I SEE NOW THAT OZY WAS NOT THE PERPERTRATOR OF MANY THINGS. HE OBVIOUSLY WAS FEED MISLEADING INFORMATION FROM DAVE. HE WAS PLAYING THEM AGAINST EACH OTHER ALL THE WHILE CLAIMING TO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH EITHER SIDE.
BRIDGET YOU HAVE NOTHING TO BE SORRY FOR. YOU DID A VERY GOOD THING FOR US AND IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT IN ANY WAY THAT THIS HAPPENED. THESE PEOPLE...JOHN...DAVE...AND THEIR FEW FOLLOWERS WERE THE CAUSE OF THIS HORRIBLE THING. AS I SAID BEFORE IT ALL WAS GOOD IN THE BEGINNING AND ALONG CAME DAVE MCCANN LIKE A SNAKE SLIVERING AROUND ACCUSING LIEING AND STEALING.. HE WAS THE DEMISE OF THE SITE. HE WAS LOOKING TO GET RICH QUICK. I THINK THAT WITH SUPPORT WE COULD HAVE HIM CHARGED THRU THE LEGAL SYSTEM FOR WHAT HE DID AS HE IS IN THE US AND WHAT HE HAS DONE IS ILLIGAL THERE. LET'S ALL GET BEHIND THIS AND PUSH AND MAYBE EVEN IF WE DON'T GET OUR MONEY BACK MAYBE WE CAN GET SOME JUSTICE AND CLOSURE TO THIS VERY SAD CHAPTER IN ONLINE POKER.

BRIDGET DON'T LET IT BREAK YOU DOWN. YOU HAVE INTEGRITY, YOU CARE, YOU ARE THE PERSON I WOULD WANT AS AN OWNER. YOU PULL NO PUNCHES AND ARE STRAIGHT UP ALL THE TIME. YOU WILL GO FAR IN THE BUSINESS THAT IS ONLINE POKER. DO NOT EVER GIVE UP YOU HAVE MORE SUPPORT THEN YOU KNOW.
AS FOR DAVE MCCANN HE SHOULD JUST CRAWL BACK IN HIS HOLE AND HIDE AS I HOPE THAT SOME DAY FEDERAL MARSHALLS WILL TRACK YOU OWN AND GIVE YOU YOUR JUST COMEUPPANCE. AS FOR YOUR SON BEN I AM SO SORRY THAT HE WILL HAVE TO FACE THIS IN HIS FUTURE.

I AM SORRY I FORGOT ONE THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECTS TO ALL THIS. AS THIS IS FIRSTHAND KNOWLEDGE.. dAVE MCCAN ASKED ME TO GO IN WITH HIM TO BUY A POKER SITE. THIS WAS PART OF THE BIG PROMISES HE MADE ME. BUT HE DID NOT LIKE MY LOYALTY TO BRIDGET......HEHEHE

Hello ev1 i to was a player at pd but was lucky one who got booted before all went down,the site was never up to par for playing the management and support sucked and i also can confirm from my skin owner that john was the actual owner of site my skin owner and john were best friends as told to me by my skin owner.I also have stocks on pd whats going to happen with those i was told there were going to be sent out to players i never recieved mine ,did anyone ? and now that my account has been banned what happens to stocks ?
Nice to see all my friends again from pd.
I think i was getting to close to the truth with my investigating pd i think thats why i was kicked off of pd just before the closed the site down.

Ya right bottom line you all screw us no other word for it. I lost only 16.00 but had bought 100 shares of the worthless stock. You all should be locked up and the key thrown away

Personally I don't what to think!! We are told that there would be major improvements to the PD skins starting the first part of February. The big one being that the server was supposed to be upgraded to almost eliminate the disconnects that were occurring during the tournaments. This NEVER happened.
All the problems the skin owners have had is ridiculous. Being locked out of their sites, the players being downgraded, and the ability of their players to access their accounts.
I feel sorry for the players that have lost money on the skins associated with PD. Myself, I was fortunate enough not to lose anything. The bankroll that I accrued on PD was from freerolls and buy-ins where I cashed.

AHHAHAAH DON. GLD TO SEE YA MADE IT DON. I KNEW YOU WOULD WANT TO BE A PART OF THIS SITE.ITS GREAT TO SEE SUCH AN ORGANIZATION EXISIST.TOO BAD WE DIDN KNWO ABOUT IT YEARS AGO AND AVOIDED THIS WOLE ISSUE. BUT IF THAT HAPPENED I WOULD NOT HAVE MET A GREAT DEAL OF GOOD PPL THAT I MET THERE AND ONES THAT I WILL CONTINUE TO BE GOOD FRIENDS WITH. FOR THAT I HAVE TO ACTUALLY THANK PD.

My $40 account was only build up by freerolls, but still I worked hard to earn that money and I don't think they can get away with it. I also have some shares.
