"John Dutchak" Contacts APCW
Dear Members,
Although I cannot confirm with absolute certainty that the person contacting me is John Dutchak, I received an email this morning from someone claiming he is.

Note: A reply to this email address bounced back undeliverable.
Here are some of the highlights from what this person ("John Dutchak") said:
"I was the lead software developer of the PokerDream site I am NOT the owner. The site was created in late 2005 and in 2006, the site is owned by 2 people from Norway named Bernt Erik Hansen and Jens Lausten. Bernt Erik is the majority owner."
"I was contracted to develop and support the poker software. I worked with many members regarding their software and skin designs and this seems to have lead to the conclusion by these site members that I am in charge of the site which is not the case."
"Starting in late 2007 the operations were headed up by a person named Dave McCann who acted as the site’s host and handled the players, tournaments and games"
And finally:
"I am sad to see the PokerDream site have this type of outcome as it was a great project to work on and a fun industry. I believe Bernt Erik is a honest business man and I hope that he will resolve this matter for the players sake."

he hasn't updated that post either , at the bottom of it say's more to come... that part scares me more to come, more back stabbing more funds he can get his hands on more skins unaware of his fraudulent behavier where will this end up , I too have given up on ever thinking I'll get my cash back , I'm not willing to let him get away with this we have rights too. He can't win this , even if none of us get our money back I want the S.O.B. locked up so he can't do this to anyone ever again.

He probably just doesn't have the funds to pay us. Seems like he was running a business that barely kept afloat if it ever did (not many players and between the op and the player, most of the rake returned).
Add to this the Credit Card Charge Backs (if they are in fact true), and it would make sense that the company went into deficit. True that it shouldn't have been such, due to all monies put in by the skin buyers, shares, etc., but he likely just did some poor financial juggling, not expecting all that has gone wrong to occur (all the server issues and CC issues).
Once he realized that it has caught up to him, he panicked and depleted accounts to prevent further transfers and withdraws, which of course was both very wrong and short sighted to do. Then JTodds video came out with his threats on our behalf. He flicked the switch back on and bought himself some more time, but shut down the trading room to both prevent us from gathering further evidence and limit the funds we can get at.
The fact that only Click2Pay has been paid out (other than the few debits at first), and it is not available in the USA (a large chunk of players owed), seems like a chess move to procrastinate the ‘game’.
I gather he is looking into his options, i.e. selling personal belongings to keep himself out of jail, claiming bankruptcy or searching out loopholes to clear his name.
But regardless of the reasons, whatever they may be, I do feel we should definitely keep the pressure on hard. Make sure he knows we will not go away.
As Bridget stated, our best chance is to stand united. Do whatever we can to make this man either 1) pay all he owes, or 2) go to jail for failing to. Either one works for me, but let’s do our best to use the threat of the latter to implement the former.

Hey friends...
How about this be the last weekend we dwell on John Dutchak. Talking about what a dirt bag he is any longer will be a waste of our time. It's unhealthy, and it makes him feel more important than he is.
We will cover what's going on with John this week on the video one last time, but let's have a NEW THREAD just about the cash outs and current events at PD thats professional and informative and leave John Douche-bag out of it.
I know it sucks that he still has money that's not his... he may go to jail or may not... either way, for us to be successful we must move on and leave him behind.
He will never work in this industry again... I will personally see to that.

Don't get me wrong, friends...
In the new thread we should certainly discuss payments and the investigation. Let's just leave John out of it as much as possible... especially the personal stories.
It's ok to dislike the guy... I'm not his biggest fan. But I refuse to stroke his ego more by wasting my time talking about how much I dislike him.
It's a fine line, I know.

Ya this thread has goten to big start new one and keep all thread post to the thread topic.
And im never gona give up im getting my money in FULL im 18 now so I have years ahead of me to make sure i get it. I hope i see him one day if he ever comes back to playing poker live and dont say im threatining.... casue im just a friendly canadian lol
